Hard cider is one of the oldest drinks consumed in the United States, and was actually more popular than beer until the 1850s. This early established cider culture, that used a multitude of apple varieties, was lost due to Prohibition in the 1920s. With stereotypically sweet ciders dominating the market, Hulda's Hollow crafts aromatic mulled ciders for those with discerning palates, inspired by Sleepy Hollow folklore.
